The DVNext Wells Brookfield cone plate rheometer can be configured with multiple cone rotors. The instrument is equipped with a conical rotor and calibrated together with the sample cup. Additional cone rotors can be purchased and calibrated using the same sample cup.


Multi functional applications

The DVNext Wells Brookfield cone plate rheometer offers a variety of shear rates and viscosity ranges, which can be further expanded by using interchangeable cone rotors. Different models can be selected to meet the specific viscosity range and shear rate requirements.

The shear rate can reach 1875 1/S (DVNextCP).

The required small sample size allows for rheological evaluation of materials with limited sample usage, such as biological fluids and thick film coatings containing precious metals.

All wet components are made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. Optional cleaning connector, luer connector, and embedded temperature probe.


Upgraded gap adjustment settings

The DVNext Wells Brookfield cone plate rheometer has an electronic gap setting function. This technology shortens the setting time of the gap and reduces the possibility of gap adjustment errors. Simply rotate the micrometer adjustment ring to set the gap, thereby reducing the time required for manual detection methods.

The new electronic gap setting system is now standard on the DVNext Wells Brookfield cone plate rheometer. This instrument provides accurate shear profiles to determine viscosity and develop rheological data.
